Booking an East Africa Safari

  1. Get a Quote Contact us via our website or email with your preferred dates and package. We will confirm availability and send a formal quote.
  2. Deposit & Permits To secure your booking, a deposit is required.
  • Important: Packages including Gorilla or Chimpanzee tracking often require a higher initial deposit to cover non-refundable government permits which must be purchased immediately in your name.
  • Exact deposit amounts will be detailed in your booking invoice.
  1. Final Payment The remaining balance is typically due before your departure date. Your invoice will specify the exact payment deadline.
  2. Cancellation Policy Cancellation terms vary depending on the nature of the trip (e.g., standard safari vs. permit-based trekking).

Booking a Canada Tour

  1. Select Your Tour Browse our Ottawa and region experiences and select your preferred date.
  2. Payment For day tours, full payment is typically required at the time of booking to secure your guide.
  3. Cancellation Policy We understand plans change. Most day tours offer flexible cancellation windows.
  • Please check the specific tour page for the cancellation deadline (e.g., 24 hours or 48 hours prior).
  • Weather-related cancellations for outdoor activities are generally fully refundable or reschedulable.
