Summer (June – August)
- Light, breathable clothing.
- Comfortable walking shoes (you will be walking a lot!).
- Sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
Winter (December – March)
- Heavy Winter Coat: Down or synthetic insulation is essential.
- Boots: Waterproof and insulated. Running shoes are not sufficient for snow.
- Accessories: Thermal gloves, scarf, and a warm hat (toque).
- Layers: Thermal underwear and wool sweaters.
Shoulder Seasons (Spring/Fall)
- Layers are key. Bring a waterproof jacket and a warm sweater, as weather can change rapidly from sunny to rainy/cool.
