Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the country you’re visiting (Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, or Canada). We can advise on the typical requirements and what to prepare, but you should always confirm the latest rules with official government sources before travel.
Yes. We specialize in custom-crafted itineraries—whether you want gorilla trekking, Big Five safaris, cultural experiences, fly-in safaris, family-friendly trips, or a mix. Tell us your travel dates, number of travelers, preferred comfort level, and interests, and we’ll design the best itinerary for you.
Most packages typically include accommodation, transport (4×4 safari vehicle with driver-guide), scheduled game drives, and meals based on your itinerary. Park fees, permits (like gorilla/chimp permits), and optional activities may be included or listed separately depending on the package—your quote will clearly show what’s included and excluded.
We recommend light, breathable clothing in neutral colors, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for evenings, sunscreen, hat, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, and a camera/binoculars. For gorilla trekking, bring long sleeves/pants, waterproof layers, and gloves for forest vegetation.
Safaris are excellent year-round, but the dry seasons usually offer the best wildlife viewing and easier travel conditions. For East Africa, many travelers prefer June–October and December–February. Gorilla trekking is possible all year, but dry months can make forest trails less muddy.
