Overview

In this tour we will cover the 2 most popular parks in Kenya – Masai Mara National Reserve (2 nights) & Lake Naivasha (1 night). Masai Mara is home for “Big Five” (elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, and buffalo) & also zebras, antelope, hyenas, giraffes, African lions including black-maned lion. Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake in Kenya which lies just north-west of Nairobi and offers unique activities like boat ride, hiking, etc. You can go on a hike on Crescent Island next to giraffes, buffaloes, gazelles, topi, impalas, and waterbucks.

  • Masai Mara National Reserve (2 nights): Big Five Wildlife Viewing: The Masai Mara is one of Africa’s most famous wildlife reserves, offering excellent opportunities to see the Big Five – elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, and buffalo – as well as other wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and wildebeests. Great Migration (seasonal): If you visit between July and October, you may witness the Great Migration, one of the most spectacular wildlife events in the world, when millions of wildebeest and zebras move through the Mara. Scenic Views: The Masai Mara offers stunning panoramic views of the savannah, with vast plains, acacia trees, and dramatic landscapes perfect for photography and game viewing.
  • Lake Naivasha (1 night): Boat Ride on Lake Naivasha: Take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you’ll have the chance to see hippos and a variety of bird species, including herons, pelicans, and even flamingos (depending on the season). Crescent Island Walk: Explore Crescent Island, where you can enjoy a walking safari among wildlife such as giraffes, buffaloes, gazelles, and waterbucks. Beautiful Scenery: Lake Naivasha is known for its stunning scenery, and you can relax by the shore or enjoy a hike around the lake with amazing views of Mount Longonot in the distance.
