The wild
Lions rest in the fig trees. Giants cross the grass.
All of the Big Five, in a land alive and unhurried, with room in it for you.
Lions in the branches
One of the few places on Earth they do.
In the Ishasha plains, lions drape themselves along the branches of fig trees. On the Nile below the falls they share the water with some of the densest pods of hippo in Africa, and crocodiles longer than a car.

Giants on the grass
Elephants in herds, and the tallest giraffes in any park.
Out on the golden plains the elephants move in herds, and a single bull weighs around 5,000 kg, the weight of a small car and a half. The giraffes stand taller than a house, and Uganda keeps more Nubian giraffes than any park on Earth. At Ziwa you can walk within sight of white rhino, on foot.
